The hardest part wasn’t finding opportunities. It was managing the operational load while still working a full-time job.

That pushed me to use AI differently: not as a novelty, but as a way to automate repetitive work, reduce overhead, uncover revenue opportunities, and give myself more leverage.

Today, those systems allow me to operate and grow multiple businesses with lean teams, healthy margins, and far less manual work.
