Information you provide

When you request a consultation, Peakward collects the information you enter in the form, including your name, phone number, email address, business type, revenue range, interests, and optional notes.

How we use it

We use this information only to review your request, assess whether Peakward may be a fit, prepare for a conversation, and respond to you. We do not sell your information.

Form delivery

Form submissions are processed by FormSubmit, an email-relay provider, and delivered to Peakward’s Google Workspace inbox. Their processing is subject to their own privacy practices.

Retention and choices

We keep inquiry information only as long as reasonably needed for the consultation and business follow-up. You may ask us to correct or delete your inquiry information.
